Tai Chi in my New York life

I live and work in fast paced New York City, where I am constantly on the go. Unfortunately, I wake up frequently feeling drained and anxious.


Tai Chi / Qigong online classes with River Flow Holistic help me to rejuvenate, invigorate, and regain my calm. I have tried many different techniques and herbs, however this practice works best and immediately shifts my groggy, anxious state.


When asked why I practice Tai Chi / Qigong I say, "it is mathematical" — these precise sets of movements, instantly effect my health and well-being on many different levels.
